Our Name

Echad is founded on the principles of the Word of God, as stated in the Hebrew scripture Deuteronomy 6:4: “Shema Yisra’el, YHVH Eloheinu, YHVH Echad,” which means, “Hear, O Israel, the Lord is our God, the Lord Alone.” We are united not only in words but also in our actions and attitudes. We believe it is our responsibility to spread the message of the oneness of God to the entire world.
